While clickBACON AI is highly trained in categorizing items, it may occasionally misclassify them. If you notice that a specific group of items is consistently being categorized incorrectly, review your AI Global Mapping settings.
From inside the Documents Module, click on MAPPED ITEMS
Click on clickBACON AI Map
Review the clickBACON AI categories and associated accounts
These may come from Restaurant365, QuickBooks Online, or clickBACON. If you notice any that appear incorrect, you can adjust the account mapping. Updating the mapping will retrain clickBACON AI to correctly match your invoice line items to the proper accounts.
