Sometimes documents are uploaded in a way that combines pages or groups that don’t belong together. For example, you might see multiple invoices uploaded as one file, or a photo taken in the mobile app that includes several documents.


The best practice is to upload each multi-page invoice as one document, and upload multiple invoices as separate documents.

How to Unmerge a Document

  1. Select the document you want to unmerge.

  2. Click the UNMERGE icon.

  3. Confirm you'd like to unmerge the document 


  4. The document will split into individual pages and move to your Inbox folder.


How to Merge Documents

  1. Select the documents in the order you would like them merged

  2. Click the MERGE icon

  3. Confirm that you want to merge the documents
     

  4. Your newly merged document will not be in the INBOX folder.  You can go to into the document and click on the SEND TO CLICKBACON AI button for reprocessing or process it yourself.
