Where to put an owner salary will depend on whether the owner is fulfilling a job position or simply taking a salary.
If you're an owner who has a job position, for example: they usually take on the role of a General Manager, then their salary should stay entered under Labor.
If an owner does not fill a job position in their restaurant but takes a salary, then it should be entered as an expense under Purchases.
Do note that there is no default category where you can enter Owner's Salary as an expense, you can add them manually if you need to.
