To enter daily sales, hover over the "Transactions" option on the left side of your screen then click on SALES.
You will see a list of all your sales. Here you can add and edit them. To add a new sale click the “+” button (see below).
Enter in the total sales for each of your categories.
NOTE: Please make sure the date entered is correct and that the sale amounts are for that specified date.
Scroll down to add discounts and comps. Click on ADD DISCOUNTS & COMP, choose the discount type and enter the amount of the discount.
NOTE: Discounts must be turned on to see this section.
Scroll down the page and you can enter the number of guests and the amount of sales. The average per person will calculate automatically for you.
NOTE: Departments must be turned on and set up to see this section.
You can also take notes on the weather and other things that may have contributed to the sales for the day.
EDIT OR DELETE SALES TRANSACTIONS
From your list of sales, click on the pencil icon to edit your transaction. The bin icon will delete the transaction.
CALENDAR VIEW
You can also access your sales transactions by clicking on TRANSACTIONS on the left side of your screen. You'll be brought to a calendar that will show you any sales, expense, discount and labor.
The checkboxes at the top of the page will toggle the data on and off.
Click on any colored box to be brought directly into that transaction.
If there is no transaction for that day, click on the box and you can enter your data by following the steps above.
