To enter daily sales, hover over the "Transactions" option on the left side of your screen then click on SALES.


You will see a list of all your sales. Here you can add and edit them. To add a new sale click the “+” button (see below).


Enter in the total sales for each of your categories.  
NOTE: Please make sure the date entered is correct and that the sale amounts are for that specified date.



Scroll down the page and you can enter the number of guests and the amount of sales.  The average per person will calculate automatically for you.


NOTE: Departments must be set up first to be able to specify these values. See the "Turn on Sales by Department" guide on how to set up departments.



You can also take notes on the weather and other things that may have contributed to the sales for the day.



Remember to hit SAVE at the bottom of the page.  




You can also access your sales transactions by clicking on TRANSACTIONS on the left side of your screen.  You'll be brought to a calendar that will show you any sales, labor and purchase information.  Click on the day in which you'd like to add a sales transaction , choose SALES from the option and then follow the steps above.






You can also edit or delete existing sales by clicking on the options button (see below). Choosing delete will remove that vendor from the list. 


Choosing edit will redirect you to the “Edit Sale” page which has the same options for adding a sale as shown above.
